Terms of service

If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S and/or are not going to agree and follow them, I suggest you find another artist.

►►►General Info◄◄◄

✦ You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
✦ I'll always send you a sketch for your approval before starting the line art. This will be the only time you can make revisions without charge (As long as they are changes I missed from your description. If you add new details after I started the line art, I'll have to charge you extra, or if it something I don't feel comfortable modifying at the point, I can refuse)
✦ I will send you the full resolution picture.
✦ For any payments that are under $100, there will be a $10 non-refundable down payment to reserve a spot on my waitlist. Any payments that are over $100, there will be a 10% non-refundable down payment to reserve a spot on my waitlist.
✦ I reserve the rights to cancel your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in some way.
✦ Do not ask me to draw in a different style. I have my own style of drawing, if you commission me that means you like my style.
✦ I reserve the right to increase the price depending the complexity of you petition.
✦ If you want to order an illustration for commercial use it will be a 50% price increase. (Example: reproducing and selling the artwork, using it as an avatar/banner, etc for your Twitch/Youtube channel - if you earn money with it you must buy commercial usage)
✦ As an artist, my art is constantly changing is little aspects. It is always evolving as I continue to draw, so there might be slight differences between samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (line arts style, coloring method, composition...) They are slight changes so please keep that in mind.
✦ If you not reply, provide references, and send the remainder of your payment withing 15 days I send you the message asking for those things, you will lose your payment and deposit. This is to prevent people from claiming slots impulsively and canceling in the last minute or not responding when it is their turn.

►►► COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ◄◄◄

✦ As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do the following:▸Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you credit as the commissioner if you ask for it)
▸Promote myself with it in any place (and posting the drawing with watermark on Patreon)
▸ Post 'work in progress' photos or videos on my social media during process unless client has paid a 10% NDA fee (work will still be posted, but only after client has showed off the artwork.)✦ As a commissioner you may:▸Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes unless you paid the 50% fee).
▸Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale (unless you pay the commercial fee)
▸Use it as decoration for you Instagram profile, Facebook avatar, Twitter..✦ You are NOT ALLOWED to:▸Change, modify, or use my works without my permission.
▸Reproduce the copyright artwork commercially (this means making money of it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
▸Take credit for the art.
▸ Remove my watermarks / signatures.

►►► PAYMENT PROCESS ◄◄◄

✦ I accept Paypal and Wise.
✦ I require full payment before I start the artwork.
✦ I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.
✦ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first.

►►► WORK SPEED ◄◄◄

✦ Check my Waiting List whenever you want a status update.
✦ If I gave you a slot for a specific month, your commission will be finished that month, even if you decide to pay in advance. This means that if I gave you a slot for July, for example, your commission will be done between July 1st and July 31st.
✦ Be sure to send your references as soon as possible. This will make my process faster when I reach your slot.
✦ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
✦ If you need your commission by a certain date (Example: you are giving this art as a birthday or holiday gift, or this is part of an event) there is a 25% addition to the final price. This is for priority in my work list.

►►► CHANGES ◄◄◄

✦ Any changes can be made in the sketch phase or if there was a mistake on my part and something was not correctly drawn.
✦ Before reserving your slot I will ask you what commission you are looking for to see if I am the right fit to create your project. We will go over all t.o.s, pricing, and more before confirming the commission.
✦ Be sure to give specific informtion such as angle of view, background, pose, facial expression, clothes (if this is a custom design), etc. If you do not give specific references then I will assume I have creative freedom of your commission.

►►► Refunds ◄◄◄

✦ If I am unable to complete your commission, then you will receive a full refund.
✦ You have no right to make a chargeback, cancel payment or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
✦ I might decline a commission if I think it's too hard for me to draw. If the payment was already made I'll refund it entirely, no problem.
✦ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buys.
✦ Also note you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, design for sale, etc)
✦ Your username will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.

--- This does not mean if your character doesn't meet these parameters I won't draw it. There are always exceptions that catch my eyes.
